Cancellation policy

Cancellations and changes to direct bookings

The tenant has the right to cancel this agreement in writing.

The cancellation costs are as follows:

• up to 49 days before the start of the first rental day: 10 percent of the total costs;
• up to 35 days before the start of the first rental day: 30 percent of the total costs;
• up to 21 days before the start of the first rental day: 60 percent of the total costs;
• up to 14 days before the start of the first rental day: 90 percent of the total costs;
• otherwise (less than 14 days before the start of the first rental day) 100 percent of the total costs.

The landlord may charge a fixed amount of €25 for administration costs in addition to the cancellation costs.
