Arrival and departure

Check-in: from 15:00. Check-out: by 10:00. Please let us know in advance if you need a different time; we will be happy to see what is possible.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed in the designated outdoor areas. Please make sure cigarettes are properly extinguished and disposed of.

Quiet hours

Please respect the peace and quiet of our neighbours. Between 23:00 and 08:00, we kindly ask you to keep noise to a minimum.

Cleaning

• Please leave the accommodation tidy.
• Please dispose of waste in the designated bins.
• Please use the available crockery, kitchen utensils and appliances with care and leave them clean after use.

Use of facilities

• Please take good care of the furniture, appliances and other facilities.
• Open fires (such as campfires) are not permitted.

Damage or problems?

Please let us know immediately.

Visitors

Overnight guests must be reported to us in advance. Visitors are welcome, but it is not permitted to stay at the accommodation with more people than previously agreed.

Safety

The property in Tenerife is secured with an alarm system and cameras. The cameras are covered whenever guests are staying at the property. This means that no recordings can be made. Please close windows and doors when leaving the accommodation. Do not leave valuables unattended; we are not responsible for loss or theft.

Cancellations and changes to direct bookings

The tenant has the right to cancel this agreement in writing. The cancellation fees are as follows:

• up to 49 days before the start of the first rental day: 10% of the total cost; 
• up to 35 days before the start of the first rental day: 30% of the total cost; 
• up to 21 days before the start of the first rental day: 60% of the total cost;
• up to 14 days before the start of the first rental day: 90% of the total cost;
• otherwise (less than 14 days before the start of the first rental day): 100% of the total cost. 4.2 The landlord may charge a fixed administration fee of €25 in addition to the cancellation fee.
